At Foreland Homes, we believe that development should contribute positively to the places in which we build.
As part of our work in Niton, we are pleased to be donating an area of land to Niton and Whitwell Parish Council, which will be transformed into a community orchard and green space for the village.
The space will provide an opportunity for residents to enjoy a shared outdoor environment, supporting both community use and local biodiversity. Once established, the orchard will offer a long-term benefit to the village, creating a place for people to gather, spend time outdoors and connect with the surrounding landscape.
This initiative reflects our wider approach — delivering homes while also contributing to the long-term quality and character of the local area.
